Today I went in with my two year old. As we all know this is an adult store and kids get pretty bored.. I was there maybe 2 minutes and my son started to get antsy which started to frustrate me because I just needed a couple of things. A woman named Mary asked if she could give him some paper and a pen to help keep him occupied while I finished up. She is an Angel and the definition of good customer service. I would never expect this out of anyone and she went above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU MARY!

I personally love this store. It's really changed the way I feel when I get done shopping for clothes and undergarments. The staff has always been so extremely kind, genuine, and helpful. I appreciate them.

I want to give a shout out and a huge THANK YOU to Alicia for the amazing service she provided. I am more masculine presenting, and am usually very uncomfortable shopping in women’s clothing stores. Alicia met me at the store and immediately made me feel comfortable, and more importantly, understood my concerns. She helped me find a couple of suit coats and a few pair of slacks that look amazing and meet my needs. I will definitely be shopping here more often!!!!

I had such a great experience here! The staff are so sweet, helpful, and fun! They make you feel comfortable about trying on clothes! They offer you so much fashion advice and are always willing to help! I'll pick this Lane Bryant over any of the other ones closer to me!

Went to get an online order pick up at 845p. The girl working asked if I wanted to try on. She was so helpful and patient. Ended up ordering another size for me. Overall reminding me why I still love shopping in a store over online. Thanks for being so pleasant!

Very helpful staff. Spoke to me as soon as I walked in. I had very specific items I needed and they helped me through every step of the process. They even helped me order some things I needed that were not available in store. I totally recommend this location. Reasonably priced for the quality of the items. If taken care of properly these items will last.

My mom and I went into this location the other day. The staff there was absolutely amazing when helping us out. We have never experienced such great vibes from such a great staff while shopping in a very long time. Not only did each staff member have a hand with assisting us with all our finds, they made our experience worth it! My mom received this heart felt letter in the mail today and I wanted to share! Great job Grove City! You have gained a life time customer with us! 💙

I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and went into the store not sure what size I would need. The Associates in the store are amazing. I’ve been there a few times lately trying to buy new clothes to replace my old outfits. I had all four Associates in the store helping me on 3/4. I appreciate the Associates so much in the Lane Bryant store in Grove City Ohio.
